We are NOT Medical Physicians. We do NOT practice medicine; We do NOT give medical advice; If we detect scalp abnormalities we will recommend that you seek medical help from a medical professional (i.e dermatologist). If we recommend that you see a doctor, please know that your chart will be noted of the suggestion. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who may have a medical condition that can potentially harm salon staff and/or other clients. See a doctor.

 

Double Booking:

 

At Booji Beauty we pride ourselves on our “one-on-one” private appointment setting which ensures the client of confidential stylist/client communication. We also take pride in our “No Double-Booking Policy” with a minimal to no-wait timeframe. Since we value our one-on-one with you, we require you to show up to your scheduled appointment on time. Also, since we do not double-book clients, walk-ins are not allowed at the current moment. If an opening happens to come available anyone on the waiting-list will be notified first.

 

No Show/Cancellation Policy:

 

Your appointments are very important to the Booji Beauty Bar team members, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request 48 hours for cancellations and/or rescheduling. If you do not notify the salon staff prior to your scheduled appointment your credit card on file will be assessed as follows:

Services under $100 = Full amount of the service(s) will be charged.

Services $100 or more  = 50% of the total service(s) amount will be charged.

 

 

Tardy Policy:

 

Communication is key. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we require you to notify the salon via text immediately (720-507-8813). After 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a "NO SHOW" and the "No Show/Cancellation Policy" will be in affect.

The No Show/Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby/waitlisted guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. The Booji Beauty Bar & Co policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
